Hathaway School students, who have a signed consent form, will be vaccinated on December 3rd here at school between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. by appointment.

The schedule will be set up randomly by family last name. In the case of more than one child in a family with more than one last name, we will go by the last name of the oldest child who attends Hathaway School.

We will send you specific information about the times as we get closer to the date. We are trying to send all current information to you as soon as we get it.
